1. General

1.1.
This Privacy Policy details how the PCCNL processes the personal data of its Users.

2. Collection and use of personal data

2.1.
The PCCNL collects personal and company data from a User when the User in question has submitted such personal data to the PCCNL via the website (for example, by contacting the PCCNL with a request for information about its services or products, by placing an order with the PCCNL, or by subscribing to the PCCNL’s newsletter).

2.2.
The PCCNL uses this personal data for the purposes for which the User submitted the personal data to the PCCNL, including the sending of newsletters, providing information about the PCCNL’s activities, marketing purposes, market research and other purposes associated with the PCCNL’s activities in accordance with its articles of association (THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION ARE PUBLISHED ON THE PCCNL’S INTERNET SITE AND WILL BE SENT TO YOU ON REQUEST).

2.2.1.
If the User requests information from the PCCNL about its services and products, the PCCNL shall process the User’s personal data in order to be able to comply with that request.

2.2.2.
If the User places an order, the PCCNL shall use the personal data in order to process the order.

2.2.3.
If the User signs up to the newsletter, the PCCNL shall use the personal data in order to send the newsletter to the User.

2.3.
In addition, the PCCNL may use the personal data for informing its Users about any PCCNL products or services that may be of interest to the User in question. If a User has any objection to this, he or she may contact the administrator: info@pccnl.nl.

 

3. Transfer to third parties

3.1.
The PCCNL shall not transfer the personal data of its Users to third parties unless:

3.1.1.
transfer is to a processor engaged by the PCCNL for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy and with which processor the PCCNL has entered into an agreement that ensures that the processor offers sufficient guarantees with respect to technical and organisational security measures in relation to the processing to be carried out, or

3.1.2.
the PCCNL, based on a statutory obligation, is obliged to pass on personal data to competent authorities.

4. Cookies

4.1.

5. Changes to / removal of personal data

5.1.
The User is entitled to view, correct, supplement, remove and protect his or her personal data, in accordance with the provisions of the Wet bescherming persoonsgegevens (Personal Data Protection Act).

5.2.
If the User wants to exercise one of these rights, or if the User has any questions about this Privacy Policy, he or she can contact the PCCNL at info@pccnl.nl or at the Polish Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands, Herengracht 582, 1017 CJ Amsterdam.

5.3.
Users can unsubscribe from the newsletter by sending an e-mail to info@pccnl.nl.

6. Retention period

6.1.
The PCCNL keeps personal data for a period of 24 months from the date of the User’s last visit to the Website, unless, pursuant to a statutory provision, the PCCNL is obliged to keep the personal data for a longer period of time.

7. Security

7.1.
The PCCNL has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures in order to secure the personal data of its Users against loss or unlawful processing. This includes secure access to its website’s content management system.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

8.1.
The PCCNL reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Any amendment shall be published on this page. The PCCNL therefore recommends that Users check this page regularly in order to see whether any amendments have been made. The current version of this Privacy Policy was updated on 8 September 2016.
